RECYCLE - Berlin's finest Drum'n'Bass kicked off in the end of the 90's at Berlin club ICON and soon established itself as one of the best known and most successful drum’n’bass series in Berlin, Germany, and Europe. Europe-wide RECYCLE is the longest running regular weekly drum’n’bass event – every Saturday! RECYCLE offers a chance to delve into the complexity of the drum’n’bass genre - at RECYCLE diversity is writ large! Our DJs aren’t restricted to one sound, instead integrating every direction into their sets from Liquid Funk to Deep Sounds. What all these DJs have in common are their excellent mixing skills, an outstanding sense of the right tune at the right time, and a real feel for the crowd. They’ve all been dedicated drum’n’bass fans for years, and always have the latest records and dubplates on the turntables. They’ve also all got studio experience and have produced their own tracks. The MCs are always ready with the right rhyme at the right time and really know how to get the crowd going. Regular praise from English artists speaks for itself. Residencies by a range of non-Berlin DJs is yet more proof of RECYCLE’s high standards. It’s almost impossible to list all the international artists presented by RECYCLE over the last years. Across the musical spectrum anyone who’s anyone on the drum’n’bass circuit was – and is – on the bill. Apart from the residents and internationalen guests, DJs from other Berlin crews also regularly take their place behind the turntables at ICON.
